Yes! You can cancel or change your subscription plan anytime through your account dashboard. Changes will take effect before your next billing cycle. If you need help, our customer service team is always available.

What If My Dog Doesn't like An item?

We stand behind our products! If your pup doesn't love something in their box, contact us and we'll make it right. We can replace the item in your next box or offer an appropriate solution to ensure your dog's happiness.
